Carrie offers a 15-minute complementary consultation to provide an overview of her services and fees. 

Psychotherapy sessions are virtual via tele-health platform; 45-minutes sessions unless otherwise arranged. 

Care Management Services are virtual via Zoom or telephone; 60- 90-minute for initial assessment. This will include a full discussion about medical and bio-psychosocial needs to help develop a plan of care for your loved one. Resources and recommendations for the next steps will be provided.
