Carrie N. Effinger is a seasoned clinician with over 25 years of social work experience. Her career has been devoted to working with adults, older adults, and their families. She received her master’s degree in social work from Fordham University and holds a specialization in working with older adults and their families.

Carrie is comfortable working with adults and their families in almost any setting, with experience in home care, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, hospice care, and Telehealth Psychotherapy.

She is a licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Advanced Social Work Care Manager, and an Advanced Professional Member of the Aging Life Care Association. Carrie is also a member of the National Association of Social Workers.

Carrie holds a LMSW in NY State and a LCSW in CT State.
